Câu hỏi : Nowadays many people choose to be self-employed, rather than to work for a company or organisation. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being self-employed?
Mở Bài
It is no doubt true that many people have a tendency to work for themselves in lieu of being employed by others. This trend is an obvious consequence of some causes and it is proven to have a few drawbacks.
Thân Bài 1
On the one hand, this reality could be attributed to two fundamental reasons. First, should they work for themselves, they can manage virtually everything in an active way. They could chart and follow an individual course in the business, marketing and production strategy which they would like to nurture and cultivate without being dependent upon upper managers.
Also, being self-employed is considered to be a contemporary passion of the majority of juvenile people aspiring to explore their limits. In essence, they are likely to find a sense of direction, have the cumulative experience, even embrace failure to become more mature.
Thân Bài 2
On the other hand, drawbacks are undeniable once we would like to make a difference compared to most people. Indeed, self-employment means that we have to confront some risks demanding us to be courageous in the face of adversity. By way of illustration, we could have trouble in terms of finance, customers satisfaction as well as cases of unfair competition on the market.
Besides, a pivotal challenge of being self-employed is how to affirm our position amongst myriad competitors. Evidence suggests those who work for themselves are forced to come up with new ideas and devote great resources to innovation and the course of their business, which is not straightforward in modern times.
Kết Bài
In conclusion, it seems to me that being self-employed is a working tendency resulting from many reasons and it does contain disadvantages many people need to take them into consideration. (283 words)
